Police, Security and Family Institution
In modern society, family is not an autonomous and self governed institution and essentially depends on other institutions to supply many of its requirements, as it needs the police to provide security.

In modern society, family is not an autonomous and self governed institution and essentially depends on other institutions to supply many of its requirements, as it needs the police – society law enforcement organization – to provide security.  Therefore, to have secured families we must take into account the amount of interactions between family and police, and find the family security status from resultant relations between family and police.
In this regard, based on family interactions type, this article sorts out the families into three general parts including unorganized family, close family, and open family, and although emphasizes that families require all security areas,  assumes differences in their requirement degrees and in security priorities. This article give the priority to existential security for unorganized family, welfare security for close family, and signifying security for open family. Providing and supplying the family security requirements, the police is introduced in three types including authoritative police, citizen-driven police, and respect-keeping police. Authoritative police fights criminals using power tools and realizes the existential security. Citizen-driven police organizes the welfare security by protecting citizen rights, and respect-keeping police provides the signifying security by means of supporting and cooperating. However, in each area police don't lack other areas police tools, although every security area needs its own police operation and tools.
