Security and lifestyle
2011-11-19

Unlike the security, life style from the origins of Sociology has been of interest to sociologists. Life style is those behavior methods and patterns that people use them in response to their needs. We could say that lifestyle is the same rules and guidelines that people use them to reach their wishes and needs. The lifestyle organizes the type of interrelations, the kind of nutrition, education, beliefs, friendly or hostile relations, sexual division of labor in the family, career, the loyalty and adherence to humanitarian principles and so on; therefore it can have an important and significant role in securitization. In other words, it is obvious that life style because of specification of life policy and type of behavior has a significant role in security. When children learn how to care, when children know and can recognize correct from wrong, and many other examples of this, it is no doubt that life style would affect on securitization or de-securitization.
Here we are not to retell this clear and obvious issue, but the purpose is mentioning the role of security in choosing a healthy lifestyle and suitable for human dignity. Can the man who is bred in peace and comfort, have another point of view than optimistic look on life and people? Can a person who is experiencing life away from fear and danger, have any wishes that enjoyment and beauty? Can the man away from the clamor of false competitions and unfair inequalities see anything than the kindness of friendship? Can a person does not experience the hatred and hostility and considers any human as a blessing that gave him thanks and kindness fire a war and kill someone? And so on. In fact, "when common tools and facilities needed to rich goals are not available, and some people are in better situations and some experience not access to means and resources, the probability of doing crimes will increase and this will result in insecurity (Navidnia: 2008, 98)".
Thus, we can conclude when security exists and a person is trained in safe environment, because he is away from concerns and worries that grind the spirit and present violence and hatred, the security is automatically streams in his life style. For the child injuries do not pollute him, and he don't see dignity as lost in his life, convenience do exists in his entity and security is with him. Another conclusion is that one who is dangerous, brings crimes to his life, frights others, makes troubles and shape his life style in this way, is one who has not trained in comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, and has dealt with the risk and injuries to being alive. In fact, he is someone who is stranger to security and has been deprived from living in a safe environment.
